Most Carlsbad communities tend to be very large and feature a good number of listings at any given time.  One of the exceptions to this is the Saddle Ridge community which is home to 26 luxury estate homes.  Back in 2003, the home builder decided to build large luxury estates that feature homes over 4,00 square feet of living space.
