Fox Point Farms Encinitas Homes

Located in our neighboring city of Encinitas is a brand new community that is being built that is grabbing a lot of attention.  The community name is Fox Point Farms and it will feature a total of 250 homes in the coastal Encinitas area.  The really cool part about this community is that the architecture will take on the farm theme and 40 of the 250 homes will be dedicated to lower income families as well.  The homes have yet to be built but there is already a demand for these homes and we are excited to start seeing these homes being built.  The location of this neighborhood is expected to be located near the interested of Leucadia Blvd and Quail Gardens Drive which is a location that is a short driving distance to the 5 freeway and the beach.  

Real Estate prices for Fox Point Farms has not been released and we are watching this community very close and will post any developing news as we learn of them.  Many of the new construction homes in Encinitas that sold last year and were built in 2020 typically ranged between $1,536,934 to $2,491,063 with some higher sales for some custom new construction homes.  These ranged from 2,000 to 5,875 square feet so I would expect real estate prices to follow somewhere in this trend.  The Encinitas real estate market like the Carlsbad market is still going very strong so we expect sales to be very strong as long as the market is good when the homes start to be built.  Please contact us at 760-710-0268 if you would like to be kept in the loop when more information comes out about this community.  Below are the current new construction homes available right now in Encinitas.
