Buying real estate is all about location and one of the more popular requests that we get from clients is finding a home located on a cul-de-sac street.  There are several benefits for living in this kind of location as clients normally tell us they want this location of location for the following reasons.  The first reason is most families that have children want an area outside there home where their kids can play without the fear of many passing by cars.  Being located on a cul-de-sac location usually means that there will be less cars passing by unless those coming from people who live on that immediate street.  This allows for children to play without the fear of a lot of cars passing by them.  

Another reason why clients tell us they want a cul-de-sac location is for privacy.  Most times homes at the end of a street will offer more privacy then those located in a middle of the street.  They tend to be larger lots that offer more space in between homes located on either side of them.  This is also another reason why buyers love these homes is that they typically have larger front and backyards depending on where the home is located. There are several Carlsbad neighborhoods that offer cul-de-sac locations.  Some of the best planned communities to find these types of homes can be found in the Rancho Carrillo and Robertson Ranch neighborhoods.  Other popular communities like La Costa Ridge, La Costa Oaks, La Costa Greens, The Ranch and many of the Aviara neighborhoods.
